Welcome to LEARNASE. By accessing our platform, utilizing our AI Agentic Swarm, or participating in the Outcome Ledger, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
These Terms govern your use of the LEARNASE web and mobile applications. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use the platform.
LEARNASE relies on proof-of-work. By submitting tasks, assignments, and assessments, you warrant that all work is your own. Plagiarism, use of unauthorized third-party solvers, or attempts to manipulate the AI grading agents will result in immediate suspension and a permanent negative flag on your Outcome Ledger.
Skills and milestones achieved on LEARNASE are recorded immutably. LEARNASE makes no guarantees regarding employment, hiring, or corporate placement. The Outcome Ledger serves as a verifiable portfolio of execution, but hiring decisions remain at the sole discretion of corporate partners.
LEARNASE operates on a per-semester subscription model (Starter, Pro, Elite). Payments are processed securely via third-party gateways. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled prior to the next billing cycle. Refund policies are outlined in our dedicated Cancellation Policy.
All platform infrastructure, AI algorithms, psychometric models, and interface designs (including the "Agentic Swarm") are the intellectual property of LEARNASE (Patent 202621056621 A). You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the platform for personal or institutional educational purposes.
LEARNASE is provided "as is". We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform downtime, blockchain latency, or academic outcomes.
