At LEARNASE ("we", "us", "our"), we take the privacy of our students, parents, corporate partners, and institutional clients seriously. This Privacy Policy outlines our practices regarding data collection, usage, and protection, compliant with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) of India and applicable global standards.

1. Information We Collect

We collect personal, academic, and psychometric data to provide our AI-driven personalization and Outcome Ledger services. This includes:

• Identity Data: Name, age, educational institution, and contact details.
• Academic Data: Course enrollments, grades, syllabus structures, and proof-of-work assignments.
• Psychometric & Behavioral Data: Assessment results, learning speed, consistency metrics, and interaction logs with our AI agents.
• Blockchain Identifiers: Wallet addresses or public keys generated for the Outcome Ledger.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your data fuels the intelligence of the LEARNASE platform. We use it to:

• Personalize your micro-learning curriculum via the Curriculum Intelligence Engine.
• Provide nudges and tracking through the AI Accountability Coach.
• Generate and verify your immutable Outcome Ledger.
• Facilitate matchmaking with prospective corporate employers (only with your explicit consent).

3. Data Security & Blockchain

While standard academic and PII data is encrypted at rest and in transit on our secure cloud servers, verified outcomes and skills are hashed and stored on a distributed ledger. This ensures immutability. We do not store sensitive PII directly on the public blockchain.

4. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with:

• Your enrolled college/university for NAAC compliance reporting.
• Corporate partners, strictly for hiring purposes and only when you opt-in to the Talent Pool.
• Parents or designated guardians (for students under the Elite or Pro tiers with active dashboards).

5. Your Rights

Under the DPDP Act, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. You may withdraw consent for corporate matchmaking at any time. However, blockchain-verified skills on the Outcome Ledger are mathematically immutable and cannot be altered once verified.
